Contact
[email protected] — for anything: general help, security and vulnerability reports, privacy and data requests, billing.
One address on purpose. A monitored inbox is more use to you than several that look official and go unread.
Reporting a security issue
If you believe you have found a vulnerability in Saxalar, write to [email protected] with enough detail to reproduce it. Please give us a reasonable opportunity to fix it before disclosing it publicly. We will not pursue action against anyone who reports an issue in good faith and does not access or destroy other people's data while doing so.
What to include
It helps us if you can tell us:
- Your organisation name, and the tenant involved if the problem affects one.
- What you were trying to do, and what happened instead.
- Roughly when it happened.
- Any correlation ID shown in an error message — it lets us find the exact request in our logs.
Common questions
Can Saxalar change anything in my Microsoft 365 tenant?
No. The permissions requested are read-only. Saxalar reports what it finds and recommends what to do, but any change is made by you, in your own environment.
Does Saxalar read our email or files?
No. We read configuration and activity metadata — settings, permissions, sign-in records, licence assignments. We do not read message content, file content, or chat content.
How do I disconnect a tenant?
Remove the tenant in Saxalar, or withdraw the application's consent from your Microsoft 365 tenant. Collection stops immediately, and removing the tenant deletes the data collected for it.
Something looks wrong in a finding
Tell us — that is useful. Detection rules are only as good as the cases they have met. Include the finding and the tenant, and we will look at whether the rule needs changing.
